摘要
隨著人們家庭經濟條件的不斷好轉,大部分的幼兒在各自家庭中都處于一個“小皇帝”的地位,初次進入幼兒園的集體生活時,他們的個性依舊比較明顯,因而幼兒之間互相打鬧、爭搶的現象屢見不鮮,尤以爭搶玩具為主。幼兒,其年齡較小,其思維意識和社會性還沒發展完善,因此不會很好的控制自己,在面對自己喜歡的玩具時,常常會“以自我為中心”,表現出爭搶玩具的現象,這對于幼兒的發展來說,是屬于正,F象,家長和老師應該意識到這一階段幼兒所表現出的特性,并且要結合不同兒童的特點,采用針對性的教育策略。對幼兒互相爭搶玩具的主要原因入手,包括幼兒天性、對于玩具具有較強的占有欲、嫉妒心理、家庭教育原因、幼兒園準備玩具少等等,對如何改善幼兒爭搶玩具的現象提出幾點粗淺看法,比如加強對幼兒思想和心理的引導與教育、緊密溝通,幫助幼兒建立正確的關系處理認知、加強對幼兒進行監督,避免爭搶玩具現象發生,主動幫助幼兒協調關系,使之和諧相處等等,同時期望本的完成能夠對于幼兒爭搶玩具現象的應對具有一定的實踐價值。

ABSTRACT
With the continuous improvement of people's family economic conditions, most of the children in their families are in a "small emperor" position, the first time into the collective life of kindergarten, their personality is still relatively obvious, so the phenomenon of children fighting each other, competing for toys is common, especially to compete for toys. Children, their younger age, their thinking consciousness and sociality has not developed well, so they will not control themselves very well, in the face of their favorite toys, often "self-centered ", showing the phenomenon of competition for toys, which is normal for the development of young children, parents and teachers should be aware of The characteristics of children in this stage, and to combine the characteristics of different children, the use of targeted education strategies. Starting with the main reasons of children competing for toys, including their nature, strong possessiveness to toys, jealousy, family education reasons, and fewer toys prepared in kindergartens, this paper puts forward some superficial views on how to improve the phenomenon of children competing for toys, such as strengthening the guidance and education of children's thoughts and psychology, close communication, helping children to establish correct relations to deal with cognition, strengthening the supervision of children, avoiding the phenomenon of competition for toys, actively helping children to coordinate relations and make them live in harmony, etc.  At the same time, it is expected that the completion of this can be for children to compete for toys phenomenon response has a certain practical value.
